Kelayakan
- Minimum 1 year in customer service
- Familiar with Mandarin, English OR Cantonese
- Ability to develop in-depth technical knowledge about simple tech hardware & digital content products
Tanggungjawab
- Provide outstanding customer service to users over phone, email, and/or live chat regarding product selection, services and issues
- Focus on delivering key results like customer satisfaction, first-time resolution, efficiency and quality metrics.
- Proactively develop innovative ideas to drive process, and product and support improvements.
