Kelayakan
- Minimum Diploma, LCCI Intermediate, or equivalent qualifications.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Possess 1 to 2 years of experience in similar capacity.
- Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office and Excel applications.
- Ability to speak basic Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Positive attitude, Self-motivated, Well organized and Responsible to work.
- Good team player and ability to work well with others.
Tanggungjawab
- Able to handle full or at least partial set of accounts in AR/AP/GL.
- Perform work on analysis of accounts, bank reconciliations, audit schedules and related accounting work including Stock, Cash and Fixed Asset control.
- Process monthly/year end account closing as per schedule.
- Perform data entry, prepare, checking payments/claims.
- Maintain proper filing system, good correspondence record via emailing/whatapp and support various other clerical matters.
- Undertake any hoc duties assigned by Management or superior from time to time.
