Procurement:

• To source and purchase materials from local or overseas suppliers at competitive pricing.
• To prepare and analyse market cost survey.
• Process of material ordering (pricing, supplier data update, quotation. Etc.)
• Communicate and follow up with suppliers on procurement activities, Through e-mail or other valid channel.
• Maintaining procurement database and records.
• Monitoring supplier performances, ensure on-time delivery.
• Perform other assignments assigned by department HOD.
