Kelayakan
- At least 2 years of related working experience in the Automotive Body and Paints industry.
- Min Diploma or Advance Diploma in related field
- Good knowledge of car components and insurance claims. Good interpersonal skills and ability to build strong client relationships.
- Good command in both written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Fresh graduates with passion are welcome to apply
Tanggungjawab
- Assist the Body and Paint Division operate the workshop in accordance with the 5S standard, as required by Toyota and management goals.
- Give appropriate service or repair recommendations to satisfy customers.
- Liaise with the insurance provider about auto claims.
- Provide estimation for insurance claims.
- Keep track of the status of the repair and inform clients as IT progresses.
- Responsible for making efficient use of the 3-in-1 system to track and manage Work-In-Progress and inform customers of the status of repairs.
- Make sure that all corporate regulations and procedures are strictly followed.
- In line with the established standard operating procedures (NSSW) and business processes, organize and coordinate the reception of Body & Paint customers.
- To provide accurate repair estimates to consumers who are paying with cash and insurance.
- To complete the final invoice or bill for cash repairs and insurance claims.
- Have to be sure all paperwork is in order before handing over the keys to the consumers.
- To make additional claims as necessary.
- To create or begin back orders, and to check in with the job controller for every back-order part.
- Generates a repair order outlining service time, cost, and labor estimates.
