Kelayakan
- Primary Language: Mandarin (As required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
- Welcome fresh graduates to apply
- Encourage 1 Year(s) of working experience in sales admin, or sales coordinator to apply.
- Candidate must possess at least STPM and above. (Diploma in Business Admin or any related education)
- Excel in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Tanggungjawab
- Coordinate salesperson inquiries, quotations and purchase orders in RM platform
- Attend to customer’s enquiries and phone calls
- Prepare invoicing and delivery orders
- Delivery arrangement
- Assist in stock checking and generate reports
- Other ad hoc tasks assign from time to time
