Kelayakan
- Education Level: Candidate must possess at least an SPM certificate.
- Required languages: Candidate must be able to read and type Mandarin in order to handle Sales Order written in Mandarin. Ability to converse in other dialects and other languages is preferred.
- Experience: Fresh graduates or School Leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Computer literate with basic knowledge of office suite.
- Knowledge and experience with AutoCount Accounting preferred.
- Good communication and multitasking skills.
- Meticulous and detailed-oriented
- Able to work independently. Ability for continuous learning is preferred.
- Training provided.
- Full-Time position only.
Tanggungjawab
- Handles Order Fulfilment Process from inputting Sales Orders to generating Invoices.
- Oversees Dispatch Process to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Manages Enquiries from stakeholders and provides up-to-date and accurate information.
- Resolves issues and complaints that may arise to maintain satisfaction of the customer.
- Handles daily bookkeeping and ensures accounting transactions are updated and accurate
- Assist in the preparation of reports related to Accounting and Finance.
- Liaise with and support Internal and External Stakeholders to facilitate an efficient workflow.
- Other tasks may be assigned from time to time or as part of career growth and development.
