Kelayakan
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in food service and export market within the FMCG Sector
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin and proficiency in RM software, MS Office, and other relevant sales tools
- Proven track record in successful business development within export sales and food service industries.
- Extensive experience in international sales, demonstrating a deep understanding of global markets.
- Local and overseas travel is required
- Leadership experience, adept at managing and motivating a high-performing sales team.
Tanggungjawab
- To Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to expand export sales and penetrate the food service market, aligning with organizational objectives.
- Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities in targeted international markets, driving increased revenue and market share.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners, ensuring exceptional service and fostering long-term collaborations.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Provide insights and recommendations for product development tailored to meet the demands and preferences of international markets.
- Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of international trade regulations and ensure strict compliance with export sales regulations and protocols.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, enhancing brand visibility and establishing industry presence.
- Travel extensively, both domestically and internationally, to meet clients, explore opportunities, and solidify partnerships.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline sales operations and enhance efficiency.
- Carry out duties in complying to Company’s Food Safety System, Company’s Environment Guidelines, Company’s Health and Safety Guidelines, Company’s Policy and Procedures, etc. by maintaining, evaluating and continuous improvement.
