Position – Commis / Demi Chef
Our cafe is actively looking around to hire a chef to lead its operation as it looks to open shortly.
- This is an excellent position for someone who is looking to step up in to the role and suitable for someone who has at least 1 - 3 years.
- Willing to learn and taking on responsibility to grow.
- Good time management skills.
Tanggungjawab
- Manage kitchen staff, training and guiding.
- Control inventory and food costs.
- Making sure the outlet have sufficient stocks for daily operations.
- Setting up workstation according to SOP
- Maintain good hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen.
- Create and maintain positive working environment.
- Leading the kitchen team.
