Kelayakan
- Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Engineering field.
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment.
- Proven field service experience
- Possess good command of English
- Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedule
Tanggungjawab
- Perform Service and Repair of Dyson's products.
- To communicate with customers as part of service requirement – main focus to serve
- customer at front desk and at the same time able to do repair work.
- To perform daily activities as per established process and procedures.
- To produce quotation for Over warranty units.
- Produce timely and detailed reports.
- To meet KPIs set up.
- To deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service
- success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention, and
- increases profitability.
- To adhere to company policy including and not limited to procedures, social
- compliance, and business integrity policy.
