- Familiar with computerized accounting systems
- Equipped with detailed, planning & organizing skills, teamwork skills are preferable
- Ability to work independently and work as a team
Tanggungjawab
- Manage full set of accounts following accounting principles.
- Assist to prepare cash flow prediction and taxation documents.
- Administer credit control and debt collection
- Liaise with debtor or supplier for balance not tally and to reconciliation
- Keying of the debtors’ cheque amount and supplier invoices
- Issuing credit note/debit note and payment voucher
- Filing invoice to respective supplier account
- Update of bank transaction and bank reconciliation activities.
