Kelayakan
- Fluency in spoken English and Cantonese/Mandarin.
- Eligibility to work in Malaysia is essential.
- Prior experience is not mandatory as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
- Availability for full-time night shifts, scheduled for 5 days a week, from either 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM or 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM, including an 8-hour shift with a 1-hour break.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and exemplary telephone etiquette.
Tanggungjawab
- Respond promptly to inquiries from retail travel agents regarding our comprehensive range of travel products.
- Verify bookings and generate invoices efficiently.
- Organize and maintain documents through sorting and filing procedures.
- Undertake additional tasks as directed by the Supervisor or Manager.
Manfaat
- Competitive salary RM2600 - RM2800, augmented by a night-shift allowance of MYR 500 per month, with negotiable adjustments based on qualifications and/or experience.
- Following a successful 3-month probationary period, salary will be reviewed in alignment with performance.
- Year-end bonus equivalent to one month's salary, alongside annual leave entitlement, paid public holidays, medical insurance coverage, performance incentives, staff travel discounts, and more.
