Kelayakan
- Minimum 3 years experience in commis position.
- Must be able to handle electric Teppan table.
- Knowledgeable in handling pork, chicken, seafood, and vegetables.
- Abilities in making custom Teppanyaki event menu is an advantage.
- Must be able to speak Mandarin.
- Make stock ordering in English.
Tanggungjawab
- Ensure persistence taste quality and standard presentation.
- Keep work place and food at tip top hygiene and clean conditions.
- Assist Outlet Chef to conduct training and co-ordinate all relevant required tasks.
