Kelayakan
- Applicants must possess a minimum of SPM level qualifications and above.
- Candidates must possess great proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Read, Speak, Type)
- Candidates must be willing to commit to 5 days per week (Monday-Friday) with 2 off days.
- Candidates must have no issue working 9 am -6 pm regular working hours.
- Candidates must be able to start working by 22nd May 2024 (Training provided with Basic Salary)
- Once shortlisted, candidates must be open to be based in PJ.
Tanggungjawab
- Aiding customers via various channels such as phone, email, chat, or social media regarding inquiries, policy information, account management, claims processing, and general support.
- Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively. This may involve investigating problems, liaising with relevant departments, and finding satisfactory resolutions for customers.
- Handling policy-related tasks such as policy issuance, renewals, updates, and cancellations. Ensuring accuracy and completeness of policy documentation and adherence to company policies and regulations.
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of insurance and wealth protection products offered by the company. Educating clients on coverage options, and benefits to help them make informed decisions.
- Assisting clients with filing claims and guiding them through the claims process. Gathering necessary information, documenting claims accurately, and facilitating timely resolution of claims.
Manfaat
- Monthly Salary: RM 2000 (Basic) + Up to RM 400 KPI

- 12 days AL + 14 days ML

- Employees have regular working hours (9 am – 6 pm) from Monday to Friday
