Kelayakan
- A minimum SPM or equivalent is typically required.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably ex banker or Bureau of Exchange staff who having experiences in the related field or equivalent.
- Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively assist customers, address inquiries, and handle potentially sensitive situations.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues, resolve customer concerns, and make decisions within established guidelines.
- Minimal experience in money service or customer service roles, especially those involving cash handling or administrative tasks.
- Must have strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
- Able to follow any other job-related duties required by the superior

Tanggungjawab
- Currency Exchange: Conducting currency exchanges for customers, converting one currency into another based on current exchange rates.
- Processing Remittances: Facilitating the transfer of money from one location to another, both domestically and internationally.
- Verifying Identification and Documentation: Ensuring customers provide necessary identification and documentation as per regulations for foreign exchange and remittance transactions.
- Calculating Exchange Rates: Calculating exchange rates accurately, taking into account fees and commissions, to provide customers with the correct amounts when exchanging currencies or sending remittances.
- Adhering to Regulations: Following legal and regulatory requirements governing foreign exchange and remittance transactions to prevent money laundering, fraud, and other illicit activities. This includes Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
- Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting customers with their foreign exchange and remittance needs.
- Balancing Cash Drawers: Ensuring that cash drawers and transaction records are accurately balanced at the end of each day.
- Collaboration with Other Departments: Coordinating with other departments within the bank or financial institution, such as compliance or risk management, to ensure smooth and compliant operations.
- Promoting Services: Actively promoting foreign exchange and remittance services to customers and suggesting relevant products or solutions that IT their needs.
