- Good communication and drafting skills;
- Minimum 1-2 years experience, specializing in subsale and loan documentation;
- Must possess own transport
- Good interpersonal and interaction skills
- Able to work independently and under minimal supervision
Tanggungjawab
- Familiar with banks’ documentation and portals
- Able to handle sub-sale transaction, loan disbursement and various conveyancing matters
- Able to maintain and update file status
- To liaise with clients, bankers and various governmental bodies
