Kelayakan
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with the ability to read schematics and troubleshoot complex systems.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites.
Tanggungjawab
- Provide technical support to customers regarding installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of marking and coding equipment.
- Conduct on-site visits to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions to enhance product performance.
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions to customers on equipment operation and maintenance best practices.
Manfaat
- Proficiency in PLC programming and CAD design will be highly advantageous.
- Experience with PLC programming languages such as ladder logic, structured text, or function block diagram.
- Familiarity with CAD software for equipment design and modification.
- Ability to integrate marking and coding equipment with existing production lines.
