Kelayakan
- Create visually appealing graphics for various purposes, including marketing materials, social media content, website assets, print materials, and more.
- Assist in developing design concepts, themes, and visual styles based on project requirements and objectives.
- Design and layout graphics, including images, text, and other visual elements, to effectively communicate messages and concepts.
- Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to create and edit graphics and design layouts.
- Work closely with other team members, including senior designers, copywriters, and marketing professionals, to develop cohesive and effective design solutions.
- Organize and maintain design files, assets, and project documentation to ensure efficient workflow and easy access to resources.
- Receive feedback from team members or clients and incorporate revisions and changes into designs as needed.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to project timelines and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of completed designs.
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and accuracy of designs by following brand guidelines, design standards, and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and software updates to enhance skills and knowledge.
Tanggungjawab
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous design work and demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator etc) and familiarity with design principles and techniques.
- Ability to generate creative ideas and concepts and translate them into visually compelling designs.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members, understand project requirements, and present design concepts.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in design work, layout, and typography.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work well in a team environment, receive feedback constructively, and contribute positively to collaborate.
