Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- Required skills: MS Office, Excel, MS Project, CPM, AutoCad, etc.
- Preferably 5 years of working experience in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of how to read and interpret construction drawings including architectural, and structural drawings as well as bar bending schedules.
- Knowledge of basic construction process standard procedures for surveying/setting out, rc works, wetworks, plastering, painting etc.
Tanggungjawab
- Project Planning & Monitoring, follow-up & prepare a report on work site progress work closely with Project Manager on co-ordination & planning for work
- Attend site meeting
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions, and most importantly, on schedule.
- Prepare and present progress reports to management and stakeholders.
- Control the use of site resources and overall project cost & also monitor and control wastage on site
- Oversee and manage daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors, providing guidance and ensuring quality standards are met.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and other professionals to ensure project specifications and requirements are clearly understood and adhered to.
- Required to carry out duties and job functions as may be assigned to you from time to time by the manager, such duties are not necessarily limited to the above title and responsibilities.
