- Education: No Requirement;
- Working Experience: more than 3 years experiences in diecasting industry.
- Professional Knowledge: be trained of the diecasting operation;
- Language: No requirement. EN/CN as a working language is preferred;
- Skills and Abilities: Ability to operate die casting equipment; Ability to change molds/decap shank fixtures, etc.; Ability to set parameters in accordance with parameter standards.
- Attitude: good communication skills, integrity, honesty, hardworking.
Tanggungjawab
- Responsible for changing molds in strict accordance with operating instructions and setting die casting parameters in accordance with the parameter table;
- Perform hourly inspections of product appearance and gage function；
- Participate in the mold hanging and debugging operation during the trial molding stage, report the operation and other corresponding problems, and participate in the products trial run；
- Handle the abnormal problems of die casting process and secondary processes;
- Shift production statistics;
- Semi-discharged, covering shifts when production requires;
- Other work matters arranged by superiors.
