Kelayakan

What are we looking for?

  • The ability to converse & write in Mandarin & Cantonese will be required to serve the respective market and liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders. 
  • Excellent spoken and written English is an added advantage.
  • Preferably min 1 year experience in Contact Centre, experience in Hospitality / Online Travel Agency and Customer Service.
  • Diploma / Degree holder in any discipline or equivalent qualification with relevant working experience
  • Pleasant personality with good communication skills
  • Computer literate and internet savvy.
  • Positive attitude and a team player with a passion for delivering world-class customer service.
  • Willing to work in a shift environment (24/7 operations)
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet or exceed set performance standards
  • Open to Malaysians only
