Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any Accounting / Business related discipline.
- Outstanding communication and analytical skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Malay.
- Patient, ability to multitask, positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering quality work.
- Must be willing to work in Kota Damansara, PJ Selangor.
- Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel to client sites as needed.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in customer service environment/ Accounting/ Finance/ Communication/ IT industry or computer software knowledge will be added advantage.
Tanggungjawab
- Become familiar with our software and any new features.
- Provide technical support and exceptional service for incoming inquiries via our communication channels in a professional, timely and accurate manner as per Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Perform troubleshooting for SQL Accounting/ Payroll software and hardware related issues.
- Communicate issues with internal groups to resolve urgent or escalated issues when needed.
- Collaborates with team members and other departments to ensure client have a positive experience.
- Follow up unfinished job from time to time both internally and externally to ensure customer’s enquiries does not left unattended.
- Conduct training internally and externally.
- Performs other ad-hoc task from time to time if required.
