Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree. (Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply)
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin.
- Teaching experience, preferably in an online setting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using online teaching platforms and technology.
- A willingness to collaborate with the marketing team on content creation.
- Creative mindset and the ability to make learning fun and engaging.
- Responsible, organized, and able to manage online classes effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Tanggungjawab
- Conduct live online classes for students in your subject area(s).
- Create and deliver engaging, interesting and interactive lessons that cater to various learning styles.
- Foster a positive and inclusive online learning environment.
- Use appropriate technology and teaching tools to enhance the online learning experience.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their progress.
- Adapt teaching methods to address individual student needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to participate in promotional content creation.
- Provide subject matter expertise and insights to ensure accurate and compelling content.
- Offer input and ideas for content that resonates with the target audience for educational video creation.
- Assist with scripting or providing content for promotional materials.
- To to make brief appearances in promotional videos or online events as a subject matter expert.
