Kelayakan
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to succeed in a competitive environment
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and RM software
- Willingness to travel as needed
Tanggungjawab
- Identify and qualify leads through prospecting, networking, and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Understand client needs and objectives, and recommend appropriate products or services
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close deals and meet revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify opportunities for growth
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
