Kelayakan
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a chemist or quality assurance role, preferably in a Cosmetic Industry.
- Strong knowledge of chemical principles, analytical techniques, and laboratory procedures.
- Experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, cGMP) and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EU regulations).
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with experience using laboratory instrumentation and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented approach and strong problem-solving skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Tanggungjawab
- Analyze and test raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods for quality and compliance.
- Perform physical and microbiological tests using various lab techniques and equipment.
- Create and enforce quality control procedures to maintain consistent product quality and meet regulations.
- Document testing procedures, results, and any deviations thoroughly and accurately.
- Collaborate with teams across departments to address quality issues and improve processes.
- Identify root causes of quality problems and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Stay updated on relevant regulations and industry trends to maintain compliance.
- Assist in customer audits to demonstrate compliance with quality requirements.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to align on quality goals and priorities.
