Kelayakan
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services, including investments, insurance, banking, and retirement planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and quotas.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Tanggungjawab
- Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
- Conduct thorough financial needs assessments for clients to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
- Recommend suitable financial products and services to clients based on their individual needs, including but not limited to investment products, insurance policies, retirement plans, and wealth management solutions.
- Educate clients on the features, benefits, and risks associated with various financial products and services to help them make informed decisions.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of financial transactions, such as pricing, fees, and contract terms, to ensure mutual satisfaction and agreement.
- Follow up with clients to provide ongoing support and assistance, address any issues or concerns, and cross-sell additional products and services as appropriate.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by management, tracking sales performance and activities using RM systems or other tools.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and generate repeat business and referrals.
