Tanggungjawab
- Answer incoming enquiries - calls, whatsapp, email
- Key in Quotation, Sales Order from customer
- Create sales support material.
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Liaise with all level colleagues (Warehouse, Production)
