Company Highlights

Kelayakan
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Able to understand and read mechanical drawings
- Have experience in operating CNC machines
- Willingness to work overtime when required
- Must have good communication skills in both English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work collaboratively with other departments such as production & naval architect.
- Have own transport, preferably.
Tanggungjawab
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to understand part requirements.
- Set up CNC machines including loading materials, fixtures, and tools.
- Program CNC machines using CAM software or manual input, including toolpath creation and parameter setting.
- Perform machine adjustments and tool changes as necessary to ensure proper operation.
- Monitor machine operation and make adjustments to optimize performance and quality.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on CNC machines to ensure proper functioning.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and production managers to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Document production activities, including machine settings, tool changes, and inspection results.
- Salary range: RM2.5k++ (Negotiable based on skills & experience)
- Working hours: (Monday – Thursday: 8.00 am – 6.30 pm Friday: 8.00 am – 5.30 pm)
