Kelayakan
- Possess Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
- Can speak in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proven 1-2 years experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Tanggungjawab
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
- Hire, train, and supervise store staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
- Monitor and analyze sales trends, inventory levels, and expenses to identify areas for improvement.
