Kelayakan
- Minimum 5 years work experience in sales.
- Experience in the personal care/beauty makeup industry is advantageous.
- The candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and confidence in presentation.
- Good attitude, aggressive, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Able to use Microsoft Office such as Excel and Word.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Tanggungjawab
- Diligently researching customer leads using the internet and other tools and qualifying them.
- Experienced in retail management and prospecting customers to promote solutions and services.
- Analyze sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps and pipeline of opportunities to cover quarterly targets, ensuring accurate reporting in sales system.
- Follow up on quotations to close sales, then follow through with order confirmation to shipment.
- Establish, develop, and build sustainable long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
