Oversee the planning, execution and
progress of complex or multiple projects, adhering to costs, time and safety
targets, while maintaining compliance with external regulations, company
standards, project engineering and stakeholders' requirements/ specifications.
Specialize in electrical engineering
and provides technical expertise to resolve queries, issues and problems.
The Engineer shall be responsible to perform a range of onsite services and with the ability to lead the service technicians and manage projects when required. He is expected to perform the technical support services including the 24x7 standby on a rotational basis.
Responsibilities:
Service generator control panels and switchgear.
Conduct factory tests in workshops and perform commissioning at customer sites.
Coordinate with customers to address technical issues and meet their technical requirements.
Monitor projects through to completion, providing corrections, modifications, or assistance to other departments as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma/ITE in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
At least 1-2 years of experience in electrical work related to power generation controls, electrical switchgear, or automation control.
Entry-level candidates with a passion for the field are welcome to apply.
Demonstrate above-average electrical skills, preferably in the power control industry or a closely related field.
Knowledge of PLC, HMI (touchscreen and/or IPC) programming, network communication, generator control, and SCADA is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, plans, drawings, prints, or similar documents.
