Responsibilities: Perform day to day operations and supply of utilities (eg Electricity, Water, Air Conditioning) to support company operations Take charge of operations and maintenance of facilities related equipment and system such as Chilled Water System, ACMV, Electrical, Building Maintenance System (BMS), CCTV, Barrier and Access Control System (ACS) Carry out electrical (415V and 6.6kV circuit breaker/switchgear) and mechanical (valves) isolations for maintenance work to be carried out Coordinate with various vendors and company Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) to perform plant power shutdown maintenance Work with production users on facilities related repairs, enhancement works and renovation projects.

Work with management on facilities equipment upgrading and replacement works. Attend to faults and complaints from users and perform initial investigations and troubleshooting Requirements: Min Degree Electrical Engineering. Relevant working experiences in manufacturing/semicon company
