Reporting to Manager, Logistics, this position will manage the Business Process Outsourcing Service Providers (BPO SPs) to drive daily standard operating procedure compliance and achieve key performance indicator targets.
The candidate is also expected to conduct investigations to address logistics quality issues, propose effective action plans as well as lead and implement quality improvement projects.
