Requirements
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferably with minimum 1 year experience in administration
Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices (GDPMD) will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Multi-tasking and critical thinking
- Computer literate and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 application
Responsibilities
- To prepare and maintain daily operation logs and documentations
- To prepare the stock and materials for sales order & event arrangement
- To monitor & maintain accurate reports on the inventory level
- To have good communication and collaboration with other department, checking the lead time, stock enquiries & stock arrangement
- To sourcing the external vendor to purchase stock & accessories
- To receive and inspect incoming shipment and reconciles with purchase orders
- To manage expenses & budgets and prepare financial records to HODs
- To analyze departmental operations and input suggestions of improvement to HODs
- To perform any other duties as assigned by the Management
