Requirements
- Full-time undergraduate degree or above, M&E related major;
- Have more than five years of work experience and more than two years of project management experience;
- Strong on-site communication, coordination and management capabilities;
- Strong sense of responsibility and strong sense of teamwork;
- Proficient in Mandarin;
- Priority will be given to those with experience in factory engineering construction management.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the progress management of M&E projects; (prepare overall and monthly progress plans, analyze and supervise the construction progress of professional contractors and correct deviations in a timely manner);
- Supervise each professional contractor to carry out construction in accordance with the design and relevant national specifications;
- Coordination of various professional work surfaces;
- Safety management;
- Responsible for the technical review of design and construction changes;
