Requirements
- Experienced in educating children with developmental disorders or disabilities.
- Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in special education or related fields.
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is advantageous.
- Collaborative team member.
- Strong organizational abilities and capacity to work autonomously.
- Effective communication with parents caregivers and healthcare professionals
- Commencement in May/ June.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Early Intervention Programme (EIP) in a small group setting with a teacher to student ratio of 1:3.
- Develop execute and adjust Individualized Educational Plan as required.
- Create lesson plans and necessary materials.
- Record students' progress.
- Oversee, support and lead a team of Special Education Teachers (for senior and above position).
