Requirements
- SPM/Certificate/Diploma in any related fields
- Minimum of three (3) years relevant working experience in building maintenance & services, M & E systems repairs and services.
- Ability to communicate fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Knowledge and skills in safety awareness.
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide variety of general building maintenance repairs & services.
- Perform basic rectification and servicing works to electrical, mechanical & plumbing equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance procedures on building mechanical & electrical equipment on a scheduled basis.
- Respond and attend to tenants’ emergency maintenance request.
- Assist in monitoring all works being performed by outsourced contractors.
- Assist in monitoring & maintaining all building systems as assigned.
- Responsible for alerting Superior/Manager of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place or that may occur.
