Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelors in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or similar field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- You love Human Resources, and are passionate about how can we do IT!
- A desire to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment
- Initiative and possess a positive working attitude
- Able to join immediately or on short notice
- Able to commit at least 4 months of internship
- FUN!
Responsibilities
- Screening potential employees' resumes and application, schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
- Coordinate employee wellness event and activities, which includes creating posters and presentations to notify employees of the event
- Assisting with new hire orientation
- Suggest and perform employee engagement activities
- Promote culture related activities or initiatives across the organization
- Perform a variety of general administrative tasks, including document management and office organization.
- Process financial transactions related to HR functions, such as reimbursements, benefits disbursement, and invoice payments.
- Performs other duties as assigned or needed
