Requirements
- Experienced candidates/ Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
- Expertise in managing social media advertisements (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Strong data analysis skills, able to make data-driven marketing decisions.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to ensure projects are on schedule.
- Copywriting Skills
- Creative, problem-solving, can-do attitude & energetic.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and progress.
- Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office.
- Skills in Email Marketing/ Google Analytics/ SEO/ SEM/ Growth Hacking/ Mixpanel/ Flurry/ Split testing etc would be a bonus.
Responsibilities
- To assist team to implement digital marketing strategies, including social media and online advertising campaigns.
- To monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, proposing strategies for improvement.
- To manage social media platforms to enhance the brand’s online presence and engagement.
- To research and analyze competitors’ marketing strategies and trends.
- To optimize the allocation of marketing budgets to ensure the highest return on investment.
- To work collaboratively with the team to drive the success of projects.
- Arranging the effective distribution of marketing material.
