Requirements
- Proficient in commonly used office software such as Word, Excel.
- Meticulous, responsible, honest, and have good communication skills.
- Preferred major in Human Resource Management or Finance.
- Experience in familiarizing with the entire recruitment process and handling the onboarding or offboarding process.
- Possess knowledge of human resources-related laws, understand and be able to correspond to labor relations issues.
- Excellent written reporting skills, logical emotions, able to write, draft policies, and procedures.
- Sharp interpersonal insight and sensitivity. Have good communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily bill collection, payment, custody, and expense reimbursement.
- Prepare, bind, and keep original vouchers.
- Assist the finance department in preparing monthly documents and reports.
- Handle all related business with the bank.
- Responsible for the full process of personnel recruitment, employee onboarding, and departure, familiar with relevant laws.
