Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Arts and Design, or any related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Creative, innovative, and captivating in producing graphic designs with a proven track record of delivering high-quality design projects on time.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of digital media and the latest graphic design trends
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualise and design creative solutions for digital and print materials.
- Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.
- Create visual assets for a wide range of projects, including branding, marketing collateral, presentations, websites, and social media content.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Translate concepts into visually appealing designs that effectively communicate the intended message.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and project specifications.
- Manage project timelines and deliver high-quality work within established deadlines.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design and multimedia production.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned.
