Requirements

  • Have experience in Finance, HR will be preferable.
  • Work from Home position available.
  • Open for Malaysian
  • Must have Autocount knowledge.
  • Able to speak, understand and write in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Meticulous Proficent in MS Outlook, Word & Excel
  • Must have stable internet connection for Zoom Meeting.
  • Takes initiatives & Independent Team Player
  • Able to go Singapore office for filing / meeting  ( 1st or Last week of the month-4 days)

Responsibilities

Finance & HR are important members of a company. They are responsible for the financial health of our organisation. Producing financial reports to assit Directors to develope strategies based on financial data. It also helps to guide senior executives in making sound business decisions in the long and short term. Assist Directors in the hiring process and ensure everyone in the organization adheres to the company's rules and regulations. Sales coordinators require excellent organizational, administrative and communication skills, together with an ability to deliver high standards of customer service. 

 

  • Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transcation
  • Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary
  • Track company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement Seek out methods for minimising financial risk to the company
  • Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports
  • Provide administrative support to department staff to ensure effective and efficient operations.
  • Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making
  • Staying up to date with technological advances and policies for financial HR purposes.
  • Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
  • Assist Management with recruitment process Assist Manager or sales team in any sales or operational activities.
