Requirements
- Strong leadership and management skill
- Excellent conflict resolution ability
- Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Able to work at Seri Kembangan, Selangor / Pavilion Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur
- Able to work in a NON-HALAL restaurant
Responsibilities
- Train and supervise staff to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
- Monitor staff’s attendance, leave, attitude and performance
- Involve in interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling and managing staff
- Conduct daily briefing with staffs
- Ensure all food and beverages meet quality standards and are served in a timely manner
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns and complaints professionally and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Comply with all company policies and standards
