Requirements
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Candidate must prossess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication and expression skills.
- Attention to detail and patience in work.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize files, ensuring the effectiveness of the file archiving and retrieval system.
- Handle copying, scanning, and filing of documents.
- Manage schedules for superiors or team members, ensuring efficient time utilization.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights and accommodation.
- Assist in preparing documents and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure the proper functioning of office equipment and assist in resolving office facility issues.
- Handle the procurement of office supplies and manage inventory.
- Assist superiors in general administrative tasks, such as drafting and organizing administrative reports.
- Assist in student enrollment, registration, and address information inquiries.
