Requirements
IT Technician - Warranty Department (SS51A,PJ)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply in.
- Willing to learn and humble attitude.
- Language(s) Required: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
- Passionate in IT components and PC build.
Responsibilities
- Handle routine operations on warranty items from customers.
- Maintain warranty items productivity/workflow.
- Track warranty replacement returned for repair.
- Manage and liaise with customers / supplier regarding the warranty items.
