Requirements
- Experience in cleaning/supervision or related positions.
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Strong leadership skills and good organizational skills.
- Meticulous and attentive to details.
- Good communication skills and able to work well in a team.
- Good time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Leading the cleaning team to achieve high cleanliness standards.
- Organizing schedules and daily tasks to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conducting regular inspections to ensure consistent cleaning quality.
- Managing inventory and cleaning equipment.
- Communicating effectively with the team and management to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Preparing cleaning reports regularly.
- Responsible for the attendance and replacement of cleaning staff.
