Requirements
- Spm and Above.
- Language proficiency: English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 1 year experience in customs clearance, customs brokerage or related field.
- Strong attention to details and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit documentation for customs clearance, including Import/Export declarations, permits, and licenses.
- Calculate and process duties, taxes and other fees associated with international shipments
- Communicate with customs authorities and other government agencies to resolve issues and obtain necessary approvals
- Coordinate with carries, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of shipments.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in customs regulations and procedures to ensure compliance and minimize delays
- provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to customs clearance
