Requirements

  • Proven experience in facilities management or maintenance.
  • Knowledge of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications related to maintenance management and administrative tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in facilities management or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily maintenance and repair tasks and ensure they are completed promptly.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance programs.
  • Maintain records of maintenance and repair work, inventory, and supplies.
  • Communicate with vendors and contractors for external maintenance services.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in budget preparation for maintenance expenses.
  • Provide administrative support to the facilities and maintenance department.
