Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in film, media production, or a related field may be preferred.
- Language proficiency: English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proven experience as a videographer, with a portfolio of previous work.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Knowledge of videography techniques, including camera operation, lighting, and audio recording.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients and team members.
- Flexibility to adapt to different project requirements and environments.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges during filming and editing.
Responsibilities
- Filming: Using professional video equipment to record footage for various projects, ensuring high-quality visuals and audio.
- Storyboarding: Collaborating with clients or team members to develop concepts and storyboards for video projects.
- Editing: Editing raw footage to create polished, engaging videos using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Post-Production: Adding effects, graphics, music, and other elements to enhance the quality and appeal of the videos.
- Color Correction: Ensuring consistency in color and visual style across all footage through color correction and grading.
- Collaboration: Working closely with clients, directors, producers, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver content that meets or exceeds expectations.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintaining and troubleshooting video equipment to ensure optimal performance and quality of footage.
- Stay Updated: Keeping abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in videography and video editing.
