Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a diploma/bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or related field.
- At least 2 year experience in HR or related field.
- Prior experience in HR Generalist is a plus.
- Strong motivation, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proactive attitude to resolve problems and deliver results.
- Communicate effectively with the team both written and verbal.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred Language: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to start immediately will added advantages.
- Willing to work at Kapar Bestari, Klang (Nearby Setia Alam)
Responsibilities
- Handling recruitment process includes monitor the Manpower Requisitions, job postings, selection, interview arrangement, job offer and acceptance, orientation, update employees’ record, confirmation, and etc.
- Maintain HR system, updating and maintaining accurate HR records.
- Prepare letters, contracts, memos, etc.
- Monitoring & managing Company payroll and ensure timely payroll completion
- Ensure on-time and accurate payroll processing, salary pay outs, statutory payments and ensure compliance of all statutory requirements.
