Requirements
- Possess good communication skills and sales skills
- Be responsible, proactive and have the ability to overcome challenges
- Have enthusiasm for the ice cream industry and understand relevant product knowledge
- Prior experience in supermarket sales is preferred
- Possess team spirit and be able to adapt to work pressure
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the sales and promotion of the company’s ice cream products in the OMT & local OMT supermarkets
- Explore new markets, develop new customers and expand the sales scope of products
- Understand retailer and buyer needs, provide professional product introduction and recommendation, and execute monthly promotion planning
- Maintaining the display and arrangement of our freezers to ensure the attractiveness and tidiness of our products
- Keep good communication and cooperation with relevant personnel in the supermarkets, coordinate promotional activities and perform inventory management
- Collect market information and situation of competitors and provide timely feedback to the company
- Complete sales tasks and goals and improve sales performance
